Here is a pop out window latch / hinge assembly for a Ford Econoline Van.

Fits 89-95 (possibly others also) E-series Vans pop open vent windows with this style 2 bolt mounting latch.

 Some van windows have a similar looking latch with a 3 bolt mount, they are not interchangeable, please double check your application. (I have the 3 bolt mount version available in my other listings)

The latch comes with the hardware to attach the latch to the window (as shown). 

Please note: there were some vans that had different styles of window latches (3 bolt mount) and also different hardware to attach to the glass so I cannot guarantee what style your van needs, so please take a close look at the photos. I can only provide the most common window hardware set that is shown.
