There is a crack on the plastic case on the backside by the bolt hole. Does not affect the functioning of the buckle
Placement on Vehicle:Left, Front Warranty:Yes Surface Finish:Good Part Brand:Trw Auto

Please note that Ford nor Does TRW sell any replacement parts to make repairs to the spring in the buckle. Trw manufactured the seatbelt buckle for Ford. They also do not make a tool that allows the buckle to be disassembled and or cleaned. Buckle is non-serviceable as verified from Ford and TRW.

Trw also stated that removing the cover for the spring/ orange button can be in fact dangerous as the two ends that snap in place were done in a controlled manufacturing facility could come loose during an accident!

Don't be fooled into purchasing a USED rebuilt Buckle as being better than a used unaltered part.

I am selling a used 1995-1997 Ford Explorer DRIVER SIDE lower seat belt buckle BLUE in color. It will fit on Ford Rangers as long as the seat belt buckle bolts to the side of the seat rail and not the floor. Backside of plastic case near bolt has a crack on it and it does not affect the functioning of the buckle.

The orange button locks and unlocks (depresses and is firm) when pressed on. It has a black wire harness with a gray two pin connector on the end.

I have checked the buckle for loose paper or change where the male buckle locks into it.

I also clean the plastic case and orange button with cleaner.

The Plastic case does have a crack on the backside of the case. It does not affect the functioning of the buckle.

Call me if you have any questions.

Thank you!!

Eight-second cars are often funny-looking and monstrous-sounding. To get into the eights in the mid-1960s, Dick Landy hacked up his Dodges, altering the wheelbase for better weight transfer. Within a couple of years, the full-on nitro-sucking flopper would come to be the quickest thing with four wheels and a body with some resemblance to a production automobile, ushering the Funny Car era.

Unscrupulous fraudsters have been caught using a dead relative's pass or leaving a disabled parent stuck at home in order to park for free to go shopping or travel to work, said the Local Government Association (LGA) . There were 686 successful council prosecutions in 2013 - up from 330 in 2010 as councils cracked down on offenders.
