Interior Door Panel Trim and 21 Clips
Up for bids is a set of hard to find door trim with clips removed from a 1963 F100 pickup. These came on the Custom Cab pickups. I've sold many sets of these, and this is the first set I've seen that doesn't have the screw hole near the edge of the top piece. Could be because it was an early piece, and the later ones have the screw hole. I don't know. This set comes with 21 of the 24 clips that are needed to attach the trim to the door. The trim is in good shape, but does have some scrapes and scratches. The passenger door set is in better shape than the driver side set. Mercedes to launch AMG branded baby SLS
Sat, 14 Jan 2012AMG badged baby SLS coming Mercedes are to launch an AMG branded small sports car in 2012 based on a cut-down version of the Mercedes SLS. We’ve thought for some time it was almost certain that Mercedes would build a smaller version of the SLS to take on cars like the Porsche 911 and Audi R8. And back in October we got confirmation from AMG’s Christoph Jung that Mercedes and AMG are indeed working on a new, smaller SLS.

Mon, 28 May 2012BMW has given the 7-series the mildest of mid-life facelifts for 2012 – with a series of cosmetic tidy-ups, fettled engines, extra kit and the UK's first hybrid 7-series. The ActiveHybrid7 isn't the most expensive 7-series (that's the 760Li at £101,805), but at £66,040 the petrol-electric saloon is some £8k pricier than the biggest-selling 730d. As the diesel is also cleaner and more economical, we suspect the hybrid Seven will remain a niche seller over here.
VW exec Jacoby reportedly heading to Volvo
Thu, 24 Jun 2010Volkswagen of America said it is in talks with CEO Stefan Jacoby, who reportedly has been tapped to run Volvo Car Corp. In the meantime, VW has temporarily named two executives to take over Jacoby's duties, the German automaker said in a statement Thursday. "We are holding contract talks with Stefan Jacoby," the statement said.
