Here is a beautiful Model A Tudor and Phaeton rear tire carrier.  It has been bead blasted and has no rust pits ...very decent "as cast" condition.

This has number A 1383-B cast into it...

I believe this was for late 1930 & all 1931 vehicles.  I took it off a 1930 Tudor.  Even the mounting threads are perfect on the bracket.

You won't find many original brackets in this fine condition.....

Jaguar Academy of Sport held the first of many ceremonies in London this week – and signed up 35 young British athletes with cheques and certificates to help develop their sporting talent.The academy was launched in March 2010 and is designed to nurture young British sporting talent by offering a bursary to athletes between the ages of 14-24. Awards will take place annually. Winners at the 2010 awards include 15-year-old Leanne Stephens. She received her first GB vest when she beat the World No.

Another day, another Saleen Mustang. Saleen Performance Vehicles is unveiling its first version of the 2010 Ford Mustang, the 435S, this week at an enthusiasts' event in Myrtle Beach, S.C. The car is fitted with a Saleen Series VI supercharger and makes 435 hp and 425 lb-ft of torque from its upgraded 4.6-liter V8.

What a difference a year makes. Last year Nissan exhibited a self-parking car at CEATEC, Japan's largest show for IT and electronics. Back then a Nissan NSC-2015 concept car, a Nissan Leaf with what seemed like a couple hundred pounds worth of computers in the trunk, was able to find a parking spot for itself under controlled conditions and park itself.
