REMOVED FROM A 65 66 FORD MUSTANG FASTBACK , THIS ROLL BAR IS WELL MADE AND FITTED PERFECTLY...THE ONLY THING IS THAT IT WAS REMOVED WITH A SAWSALL AT THE BASES OF ALL FOUR MOUNTING POINTS AND GREAT CARE WAS TAKEN TO REMOVE IT WITH AN EVEN TOLERANCE ON EACH ONE OF THE MOUNTING PLATES...THE OWNER OPTED FOR A REAR SEAT BECAUSE OF HIS 2 YOUNGER SONS AND ALTHOUGH IT SEEMED LIKE IT WOULD WORK OK THE CHOICE WAS TO DO WITHOUT. IT WOULD BE A SHAME TO TOSS THIS WELL MADE PIECE AND WITH A LITTLE WORK IT CAN BE REMOUNTED BACK IN YOUR MUSTANG . YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE THE MOUNTING PADS WELDED OR BOLTED AND THEN RECONNECT THIS ROLL BAR, THERE ARE NO TABS FOR THE SHELBY STYLE SEAT BELTS SO YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SET THAT UP ON YOUR OWN. Toyota recalls Highlander and Lexus hybrids, IS and GS sedans
Wed, 04 Sep 2013Toyota announced two recalls on Wednesday that include 369,000 vehicles worldwide, 235,000 of which are in the United States. The hybrids have a problem with a transistor, while the 3.5-liter V6 is having problems with its variable valve timing control device. The first recall includes Highlander Hybrid models from 2006-2010 and the Lexus RX 400h from 2006-2008.
