Item Specifics –

All our units are built to meet or exceed the original OEM standards. Please note that the part brand identification may or may not be the exact brand name that we ship. In most cases involving remanufactured units, we will provide you with our own Hite Premium New Remanufactured Unit. When necessary, we will use bulk packaging to reduce shipping costs so that we can continue to offer these deep discounts.

Warranty –

One year from date of purchase. Buyer to pay return shipping. Replacement shipped to you at no charge within the warranty period. Warranty covers part replacement only, no labor. If you have a problem with any purchased unit, please call us immediately so we can work with you to correct it. Units that are altered, abused, or improperly installed or maintained are not covered under the warranty, and not eligible to be returned for a refund.

Returns –

Fourteen day, no hassle, return policy on any unit purchased, as long as it has never been installed or damaged, and is in the original box. We will promptly exchange the item if there is a mistake made when ordering. Please verify the unit in the catalog or call us to help with proper identification. This will help to eliminate any delay or inconvenience caused by receiving the wrong part. If a unit is ordered wrong, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
