This is for auction. FORD Y-Block (292-312) timing chain cover. It has been thoroughly cleaned and bead blasted. All the threaded holes have been chased with the correct size tap. It was then primed with self-etching primer and painted with VHT High Heat
Cast colored paint. The red colored paint is Glyptal. Most engine builders use this to seal the porosity of the cast iron, it is also an insulating barer paint. |
