● Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding. Sometime customs will inspect the parcel and sometime will not. We will send the product as gift or sample and put lower value on invoice to help customer avoid the import duty. Most of our customers don't be charged any duty or extra charge. ● Taking about 9 delivery days to worldwide (It includes normal weekdays. Often Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays are not included in transit time estimates). If you have not received the parcel in 30 days, please email us and we will track and verify if the parcel has been shipped correctly. Please do not leave us Negative Feedback maliciously.
● We will advise tracking number for your reference after send out the shipment.
● If the parcel has been returned to us for the reason of nobody pick up the parcel or wrong address (the post can prove the status). Buyers or bidders have the responsible for paying the shipping cost again.
● For international returns, we will not reimburse for customs, import duties and taxes. These charge are the sole responsibility of the buyer. In the event a package is refused, carrier will return the package to us and charge us return fee. We will reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee plus any return fees charge to us in order to recover the refused package. We will not refund any shipping costs once an item is refused. Buyer's or bidder's refund will be processed once we receive it.
