Porsche has 'Teased' the 2010/2011 Cayenne on its UK website Blimey, even Porsche are now playing the ‘Tease’ game with new car launches. What’s the world coming too? But this tease of the 2011 Porsche Cayenne is a little more subtle than the endless bombardment of teaser photos we get from many car makers these days.

There are five briefs to choose from, set by GM's designers, and you're invited to submit your entry on the competition website: http://www.cardesigncontest.com/ Cadillac's brief offers an interesting challenge: looking to the horizon – while considering global luxury customers, competitors and trends – how would you design a Cadillac V-Series vehicle for an urban environment? The brief asks for your to design a B- or C-segment car that embodies Cadillac brand philosophy and vehicle attributes, and should give an evolutionary perspective on the firm's Art & Science design philosophy.

Stop/Start turns up as an option for the first time on the 1.6 litre petrol Qashqais (for £200) which, if you can get in to the habit of sticking the car in neutral and foot off the clutch every time you grind to a halt in traffic, can yield decent fuel savings.
