Damaged items: If you receive a damaged item contact the carrier used to ship the parcel. They will investigate and determine if a Damaged Item claim is to be issued. All items must be kept in the original box until it is picked up from the shipper. Order Processing Times: Most orders placed Mon-Fri will be shipped within 72 hours. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next available business day. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: All sales are final. We will not provide refunds under any circumstances. We will be happy to exchange an item of equal value as long as you contact LPP for pre-approval. Return shipping will be the sole responsibility of the customer, as will the cost to re-ship the exchanged item. Exchanges must be done within 30 days of your initial purchase. Warranty is limited to replacement of products purchased.
