I was told that this engine was never run. I have removed a valve cover and found it very clean. I have put power to the starter and the engine turns over easy with very good compression. The igniter/spark plug has no sign of use. It is very possible that this engine has never been run. There is no intake manifold. Looks like this engine is Serial # 33
