All parts sold by Alliance Automotive come with a 30 day guarantee against defects. Under this guarantee, customers may request an Exchange or refund. For exchanges, Alliance Automotive will cover all shipping expense to get the customer a replacement part. A deposit may be required, equal to sale price, to ensure our receipt of defective/unwanted merchandise. Additional expense such as (but not limited to) labor claims are not covered under any warranty or guarantee offered by Alliance Automotive. Proof of defect may be required at Alliance Automotive’s discretion. Pictures may be required for proof of damage or defect. For returns, we do not provide return shipping. Buyers will be required to pay a 15% restocking fee for returns.
