Simple Instructions - Fill with water to the first line, fill with fuel to the neck (using syringe), shake it up really good, let it settle for 10 minutes and read your results. The milky layer above the water line is your ethanol content which relates to the % on the tube.

Check Your Fuel - Make for certain your E-0 (ethanol free) gasoline is really ethanol free. Check your E-10 and make sure it isnt blended up to E-20.
