Up for sale: Used front brake assembly with axle, bearings and speedo drive gear from a 1986 Garelli moped . The parts are from a spoked wheel marked RADAELLI 1.35 X 16". It includeds the front brake assembly in good working order, the brake shoes are roughly 70 to 80%. This is just a guess as I do not have a new set on hand to compare them to. The axle, see picture # 4 and 5, comes with the bearing cones, nuts, washers, spacers and speedo driver gear. The speedo drive gear is a CEV brand. The bearings are all 20 steel balls, 10 per side and includes the bearing cups that fit into the center of the wheel, with the dust covers, see picture # 3.. As with any used bearings should be cleaned, inspected and regreased before installing, as well as inspecting the brakes. Drayson Racing and Michelin compete for EV record
Mon, 24 Jun 2013Drayson Racing Technologies and Michelin are joining forces to make a run at the FIA World Electric Land Speed Record on Tuesday with the Drayson B12 69/EV prototype. In addition to a record attempt this will be a real-world test for the car, which will also compete in the 2014 FIA Formula E Championship. The car was originally powered by a 5.5-liter biofuel Judd engine, but it has now been converted to full electric drive.
