Mercedes SLK 55 AMG and Ducati Streetfighter 848 in Bologna
Thu, 01 Dec 2011Mercedes SLK 55 AMG and Ducati Streetfighter 848 set for Bologna The Mercedes SLK 55 AMG and the Ducatti Streetfighter 848 – both finished in ‘Streefighter Yellow’ – are set to appear at the Bologna Motor Show. It’s almost exactly a year since the announcement that Mercedes AMG and Ducatti were to work together to promote both the AMG and Ducatti Brands. But we’ve not really see a lot of evidence of their collaboration so far.
Volvo V60 Polestar teased again (probably)
Sat, 23 Nov 2013Volvo V60 Polestar teased again Last week we had a teaser video from Volvo of what we think is probably a proper performance version in the guise of the Volvo V60 Polestar. Now, ahead of a reveal that seems to be scheduled for Tuesday (23 rd November), Volvo and Polestar are back at the tease game with a couple of new images which still leave a bit of ambiguity, but which do seem to be pointing to a V60 Polestar. The front end of the Polestar tease (above) does seem to show a butch front end for the V60, and the interior shot shows the flappy paddles and steering wheel from the interior.
Subaru BRZ: First official BRZ picture
Tue, 01 Nov 2011Subaru BRZ - First Photo Released We’ve had a raft of images of the Toyota FT-86 in the last week or two, but very little on its Subaru sibling – the Subaru BRZ. But now, with the Tokyo Motor Show and the official debut of the BRZ (and the FT-86) looming, we have the first photo of the Subaru offering in the Toybaru project. Developed by Subaru and Toyota – with, it seems, Subaru doing the oily bits and Toyota the styling – the ‘affordable’ sports car from Japan does seem to be a tempting offering.
