But Lambo’s nemesis Ferrari was never far behind, and the two Italian thoroughbreds dominated the market, with a succession of beautiful supercars throughout the decade. Russo and Steele auction reopens on Sunday

The Russo and Steele collector-car auction in Scottsdale, Ariz., will reopen on Sunday morning, and the firm will hold auction sessions on Sunday and Monday. The auction was closed Friday and Saturday after high winds on Thursday night ripped two tents from their anchors. Some cars on the site were damaged by debris or rain.

New McLaren F1 on the way

It has been revealed that McLaren is planning a new version of the McLaren F1 (above). When Ron Dennis announced he was giving up running the McLaren F1 team, he said it was exactly the opposite of retirement. In fact, he said he’d be busier than ever.
