GARMIN GPS 72 (used)

This is one of the easiest to use and most accurate GPSs I have owned.  While cruising and making multiple overnight passages I preferred this GPS over my chart plotter.   In addition to pointing you in  the right direction it also records your speed, distance, time and average speed.
I allows you to insert a 'boatload' of way-points.

You can either use it with two AA batteries or hook it up to your 12V system.  A set of batteries normally lasts 24 hours when the GPS is used constantly.

Shipping within the 48 lower states is $9.50 - additional charges for Hawaii and Alaska

Ferrari 599XX – more info, more photos

Mon, 27 Apr 2009

The Ferrari 599XX - a track Ferrari and a rolling test bed for technology [ad#ad-1] We first got to see the Ferrari 599XX at the Geneva Motor Show in March, when Ferrari brought one along to the show, but details were a little thin on the ground. In fact, there were more details on the handling pack for the 599 – the 599 HTGE Pack – than there were for the 599XX. But Ferrari has now remedied that, and supplied us with more information and some pictures.

Pontiac Vibe

Tue, 13 Nov 2007

One week after Toyota introduced its new Matrix at the SEMA show in Las Vegas, Pontiac presented the new redesigned Vibe at the LA Auto Show, a five-door hatchback short wagon that - like the Matrix - is derived from a lengthened and widened Corolla platform. Clear brand differentiation between the two cars is done through the styling of the Vibe's excusive sheet metal and different interior finishes and trim. To better relate the Vibe to the Pontiac Solstice or G8, designers wanted to express more muscle and leave behind last generation's "mini-SUV" look.

Toyota Yaris Hybrid: First photos of the production hybrid

Tue, 10 Jan 2012

Toyota Yaris Hybrid in production guise Toyota has revealed the first photos of the production version of the Toyota Yaris Hybrid ahead of a public reveal at Geneva 2012. We’re still not really sure we understand Toyota’s policy when it comes to hybrid cars. It’s clear they still see hybrid as the future, but they no longer seem to believe that Prius is a brand to promote hybrid goodness, at least not in Europe.
