Our Payment Information

Our store accepts Paypal. I sell buy it now, and auction, would like payment at time of purchase.

Important Shipping Information

• We ship within 1 day of payment.  
• Items purchased on late Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

  Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

• We have the choice to ship parcel post, priority mail or ups ground for heavy or large item, we will use the lowest price for us to ship.

Our Return Policy:

• Please contact us within (3) day of the receipt of your order if you would like to return your purchase
• Tracking number is required when sending back an order
• Returns will be accepted  within 14 days of receipt
• Buyer is responsible for  return shipping,  unless it is our error or a defective product.  Full money back if the item is defective or not functional.  If return is desired for other reasons, 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. 
•  You as the buyer are responsible for all shipping costs of the item. The shipping money that you paid to have the item shipped to you went to FedEx or USPS.  They will not refund it so neither can I. If an item has free shipping than you will be refunded the purchase price minus the cost to ship it to you + the restocking fee. 
• We may ask you to send a  picture if item arrives broken.
• No refunds on undergarments.
• Items that are sealed in their own packages, must not be opened
• Please return the item in the  same condition it was sent to you.
• All returns please package all item(s) securely.
• It also helps ensure the item arrives safely, reducing the chances of damaging or losing the item  
• If returned item is damaged or  lost, we will be unable to refund your money
