Toyota Auris (2006): first official pictures

By Phil McNamara First Official Pictures 23 October 2006 11:15 Toyota Auris: the lowdown Toyota today unveils the production version of the Auris, the Corolla replacement which goes on UK sale in February 2007. The production car is almost identical to the Auris concept , unveiled at September's Paris motor show. Indeed, a new front bumper design and revised headlamp graphics are the only changes.

Hyundai Arnejs

Hyundai has released this sketch of the Arnejs (ar-nez), a new hatchback that will represent the Korean firm in the busy European C-segment. The Arnejs is sister to the Kia C'eed, and will be on the road by Summer 2007 following its production preview at the Paris Motor Show.  The C'eed itself will be shown in production form nearby, ready for Fall sales this year. Expect engines to be shared between the two.

Toyota Fuel Cell Sedan

The exterior design of the Toyota Fuel Cell Sedan has been unveiled and, much to our disappointment, it appears to be a productionized version of last year's FCV concept, a car we felt one of the least impressive of 2013 in terms of design resolution. The Fuel Cell Sedan retains the FCV's gaping lower mask gills that appear to be blanked-off in this instance. They lend the car a very aggressive, hungry face – surely a negative message for a car that majors on a technology that promises to be incredibly efficient and environmentally-friendly.
