We will try our best to point out and show any abnormal points of interest in the pictures. But if you are hoping for a brand new item, DO NOT BUY USED PARTS. We don't have brand new prices so please don't expect brand new parts

RATING A: This part is in like new condition. Only minimal light normal use marks / signs of use if anything. Absolutely no damage or issues. Ready to install and will work as intended the very moment you get it home.

Less than 10% of items will receive in this rating

RATING B: This part is in excellent used condition, it may have normal use marks and other signs of use / wear as should be expected. However it functions as intended and is ready to be put right back into use. Not flawless or mint, but certainly a nice example of a good usable part.

Approximately 50% of our items receive this rating.

RATING C: This part is in good working order and is functional. But is starting to show its age a bit and/or typical signs of use. An item in the category might need some light reconditioning / service before being put back into use. But would still be a usable part as soon as it was received. I.e a blemish that does not impede proper function.

Approximately 30% of our items receive this rating.

RATING D: This part is in need of some sort of repair or reconditioning to be a good usable part. This could be as simple as needing a new bearing or other normal maintenance service. This rating does not mean that it is not functional, but rather it is in below average condition.

Approximately 20% of our items receive this rating.

RATING F: This part is for parts use only. Will need reconditioned or rebuilt before putting back into use. Might have damaged or missing parts. Does not current work as intended. Please view all pictures carefully for parts with this rating.

We offer free shipping on all items to the 48 continental United States. All items are shipped either Fedex ground or USPS Priority mail depending on the size, weight and distance of delivery.

We ship 5 days a week MON-FRI. If you can make your purchase/payment before 2PM PST your item will ship SAME DAY. Payments received AFTER 2PM are shipped the next business day.

Tracking information is always provided to confirm shipment. We understand that once you make the purchase, that part is no longer ours, it’s YOURS and we will take great pride in packing it well for transit. Bubble wrap, packing peanuts, sturdy & adequately sized boxes are all we use to insure your part arrives in your hands just as it left ours.

Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, VI, Guam and APO address will ship USPS Priority mail unless they are oversized items. In those cases additional shipping may be required. (Buyers in these above mentioned locations are responsible for additional S&H cost.)
