For auction: gear reduction Mini Starter for racing go karts. This will work on any motor that turns clockwise on the flywheel side, just use your socket [not included] to match the flywheel nut. Please note, the battery is not included for shipping reasons, I pictured it to show how it fits. You can get one at any motorcycle shop or here on Ebay. With the automotive style gear reduction starter motor it has plenty of power to start even the most powerful high compression modified motors. Some people even use them on snowmobiles! With the lightweight  billet aluminum frame and great balance most people say it's the nicest they've used. The starter button - solenoid is metal, not plastic. All the bolts are stainless steel. The shaft is machined from T6 aluminum, about 8" long. In the unlikely event something goes wrong in the first year I'll fix it free, you pay the shipping to me and I pay the return shipping. A dated warrenty will be shipped with the starter. Any questions feel free to call 507 437 1016. Sorry, Minnesota buyers have to add 7.5% sale tax.  Please check my feedback to see what others have to say about my starters and view my other auctions.

SRT Viper logo redesigned for 2013

Wed, 15 Feb 2012

STR – Street and Racing Technology, Chrysler Groups' new, standalone performance brand – has unveiled the new logo for its 2013 Viper as it continues to tease the new version of its now iconic model. Designed by Chrysler designer Vince Galante, STR says that the logo, christened ‘Stryker', conveys the "sinister look and evil grin of the original, while giving it a more playful appearance." Galante also says the lines of Stryker are indicative of those that will feature on the 2013 STR Viper. Stryker will be the third design to grace the Viper series, following Sneaky Pete and Fangs and was selected from a number of suggestions at the 2010 Viper Owners Invitational.
