Shipment
Unless otherwise clearly stated, this item is BRAND NEW and IN STOCK and ships within 1 business day of receipt of payment. All payments must be received within 7 calendar days of close of listing Flat rate or free shipping only applies to the 48 contiguous States. FREE SHIPPING does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Please contact us for rates to those locations. Shipping method shall be ground shipping by freight truck. International Shipments
For shipments to locations outside the United States, the purchaser shall be responsible for custom clearance, duties, brokerage fees, taxes and other incidental charges.
Returns
Returns will not be accepted if: (1) Item is damaged by buyer. (2) Item is returned incomplete. (3) Item is used, or not in resalable condition.
Returns are subject to a minimum 30% stocking fee. The shipping charges are always non-refundable.
Factory Defective Items: We accept returns for factory defects. Items must be defective at the time of the first attempt to use. However, we must be contacted about the situation beforehand in order to find the best possible solution. A replacement will be sent (at no cost to the buyer). Returns must be made within 7 days of having received the item. Anytime an item is returned you must send us your information with the item. (Date of purchase, Name, phone number, and the buyers address). We must be contacted about your intent to return the item before you do so.
