Now we know a little more about the luxury GMC Sierra Denali trim, which about 20 percent of buyers opt for. What it does feature is booths from lesser-known, bespoke automakers such as Pagani, Hamann, Noble and Croatian supercar-maker Rimac. Rimac introduced the Concept One electric vehicle at the Frankfurt motor show in September.
