Infiniti M: the new Japanese 5-series

Infiniti M By Tim Smith First Official Pictures 05 August 2009 17:18 Ahead of its official unveiling on the 16 August 2009 at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegence, Infiniti today issued this teaser shot of the new M saloon. The new exec will fit above the G37 in the current Infiniti line-up. Technical details are hard to come by at this stage but expect the M to be rear-wheel drive and feature V6 and V8 petrol powerplants.

Nissan Townpod concept preview

Nissan has just released this image of its new Townpod concept, which offers insight into how the brand could expand its portfolio of zero-emission vehicles. It will be displayed at the Paris motor show.  Designed to offer zero-emissions mobility to a future generation of home-based, innovative entrepreneurs who are creative and tech-savvy, the Townpod "combines eye-catching design with a spacious and practical interior," Nissan says. "[It's] more than just a car and it's more than just a van – it heralds a new-era of flexible, stylish vehicles that will bring electric-vehicle mobility to the masses." Citroen DS 5LS (2014) first official pictures

The 5LS is the result of Citroen’s splitting of its model line-up into two channels: it’s ‘C’ badged cars for more everyday, price-driven offerings and its more premium, design-centric DS models, which have formed a ‘fully fledged brand’ in China. The 5LS is worth a look for UK enthusiasts as ‘a major driver of the DS’s ongoing international development’.
