They’ve moved a whole platoon of Aston Martin employees to Spain for the duration of the press launch of the newest AM – the Aston Martin Rapide – and are flying in journalists and guests from the four corners of the globe to see, drive and party with the Rapide.

The Porsche 911 Turbo S Exclusive GB Edition – a£150,237 911 Turbo S The Porsche 911 Turbo S Exclusive GB Edition is a £150,237 celebration of 40 years of the 911 Turbo – exclusively for the UK – with some unique styling created by Porsche Exclusive. As a celebration of 40 years of the 911 Turbo, the new special edition for the UK manages to hark back to the original Turbo with its unique styling which includes a gloss black spoiler at the back, 20″ Sport Classic alloys, door handles and mirrors. There’s also a Porsche logo and stripes down the side and privacy glass, with the interior getting black leather and carbon fibre, a GB Edition plaque complete with Union Jack on the glovebox lid, red stitching and red seat belts.

Honda CR-Z – production ready at Detroit

Honda has revealed the production-ready CR-Z at the Detroit Motor Show Honda are very keen to catch up with Toyota in the hybrid car wars. The Honda Insight was their answer to the Prius (although better looking it was even more woeful to drive than the Prius) and Honda are now looking to move in to the ‘Sporty’ Hybrid market with the Honda CR-Z. Honda revealed the CR-Z back in October at the Tokyo Motor Show, and did the usual new model think of labeling it as a concept.
