RETURNS:

Returns accepted for up to 14 days after payment is first made. If returning item, please FIRST contact us via eBay message boards to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Return shipping is at buyer's expense. There will be a $5.00 fee deducted for original cost of shipping/handling (even if item was sent via free shipping). Express Mail/International Mail fees are NON REFUNDABLE. Item must be returned in the same condition as first received. We professionally clean all discs prior to shipment. If disc is returned scratched/damaged, we will not accept it.

Payment

PayPal preferred (e-check payment through paypal must clear prior to shipment which can take up to 7 days. If you pay using current PayPal cash balances or a credit card, we will ship the item within 24-hours, M-F, except holidays and unless otherwise as stated)

Shipping

Shipping is done Monday through Friday, via USPS with free delivery confirmation. If you need a faster shipping method, we have Priority Mail and Express Mail also available at an addition cost.
