The elusive, rare, vintage and mysterious gm aluminum L88 1967 427/430HP corvette intake manifold. Look at the pics closely. Has some gouging and scratching. Nothing affecting usage or mountability. I obviously havent blasted this just cleaned up a bit
No repairs, welds or cracks. Date on the bottom is late 1967. Holes and threads look good. This isnt in the chevrolet by the numbers book bc i have it and looked. Its supposedly on the corvette by the numbers book by Alan Colvin. Ive read several forums and researched on the net. Apparently from what im reading it was sold over the counter. Go ahead and do some checking bc its quite interesting to say the least.

I have a return policy so please notify me of any problems prior to leaving possible negative feedback. I will work with you and do whatever possible to fix the problem at hand. Due to my ebay status I strive for perfect positive feedback. Thank you!

French government vows Renault reform after meeting with Ghosn

Fri, 18 Mar 2011

The French government will see to it that the individuals responsible for the now debunked Renault SA espionage affair are dealt with, the Finance and Industry ministers said in a statement. "The ministers underscored that they will pay close attention to organizational reform and individual responsibility (at Renault) based on the result of the audit," Finance minister Christine Lagarde and Industry Minister Eric Besson said in a joint statement after meeting with Renault CEO Carlos Ghosn on Thursday. The French state, which owns 15 percent of Renault, has called for a thorough investigation into discredited claims that three Renault executives were spying on the carmaker, possibly for a foreign government.

The opening of MG's new design center this week at the historic production site of Longbridge, Birmingham, England was both an incredible and credible occasion. Incredible, because the brand looked dead in the water after the debacle of MG Rover's collapse in 2005 and even after various Chinese takeovers, its UK operation seemed destined to play no more than a tokenistic bit part. And thankfully credible too, because now all of MG's global design will genuinely be led from this new facility in the epicentre of England's traditional motoring heartland.

Volkswagen creates R division for sporty cars

Wed, 17 Mar 2010

Volkswagen is officially creating a company to develop sporty cars; it will be called Volkswagen R GmbH. This may sound familiar--VW already calls some of its specialty cars Rs--and now it's bundling sales and development all into one unit. VW has the Scirocco R and the Golf R for cars, as well as the dynamic R Line of design trims.
