Genuine GM MDI kit in excellent brand new condition (no marks, no scratches). I bought it new and recently tested successfully programming and calibrating my personal vehicle. Software is updated to the most recent 2013 version. I had to purchase a subscription from AcDelco for SPS and Tech2Win software in order to use this MDI, so if you need help setting it up - just let me know. It comes complete with Wi-Fi adapter, OBDII cable, Ethernet cable (sealed), USB cable, AC adapter with 4 international plugs, original CD, genuine GM birth certificate, cable keeper (sealed), 4 AAA batteries (sealed) and kit content list. You can use MDI 3 different ways either by USB (GM recommended), Wi-Fi or Ethernet connections. For Power you can use AC adapter or simply connect to OBDII vehicle connector.
