 This is a very nice 400 cubic inch GM SB2-2 engine, only 4 races on it very fast! the block is a std GM 400 4-bolt main with ARP studs, the cylinders were honed with torque plates and fitted with CP.005  over pistons, the block was also powder coated and set up with coated cam bearings and ARP head studs. crankshaft is new std-std rpm steel, rods are new Howards ultimate duty forged billets rated at over a 1000 HP 5.850 length. rods and block fitted with H-series race bearings .001 extra clearance for high rpm use. the rotating assembly balanced internal. a Howards true roller timing chain turns the custom bullet billet solid roller camshaft, cam card to buyer only. Isky .180 offset roller lifters, Howards .375 pushrods and Jesel rockers make this motor handle 8000 rpm no problem. A Mellings performance oil pump .750 inlet handles oiling. SB2-2 heads are cnc ported, and fitted with .342 valve stems were used for a reliable valve train, new bronze guides were installed. PSI springs micro polished and titanium retainers with 10 degree locks . Intake is a GM and only match ported, powder coated.     this engine could be used in a street car with racing fuel only, stick shift, automatic with 3000 stall. the cam that was custom ground makes lots of low end power, the heads make lots of top end power motor has a very smooth power band.        ANY QUESTIONS ASK.

Buick dealers still salivating over the Riviera concept that General Motors unveiled at last month's Shanghai auto show should take a deep breath: There's little chance that the flashy coupe will ever grace a Buick showroom. But they should view the Riviera -- which GM says points to the brand's design direction -- as a signal that GM is serious about adding pizazz to the Buick lineup now that the 110-year-old brand, which barely survived GM's bankruptcy four years ago, is getting comfortable in its born-again skin. "We've very carefully built Buick back to a brand that has respect," GM North America President Mark Reuss told Automotive News.
