Classic Car Boot Sale returns to London

Fans of vintage cars, fashion and memorabilia will have all their wishes met at next month’s Classic Car Boot Sale, returning to London’s Southbank Centre. Following the inaugural event last year that attracted over 8,000 visitors this year’s event has been extended over Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th March. Located along the riverfront at Southbank Centre between the Queen’s Walk, Hungerford Bridge and Jubilee Gardens, the Classic Car Boot Sale will have an interesting mix of fashions, homeware and memorabilia, all sold from the boots of classic cars.

Lotus revamps 2007 MG TF

By Phil McNamara Motor Industry 24 July 2006 06:11 The MG TF will be reborn at Longbridge in 2007 - and the roadster has been overhauled by the ride and handling experts at Lotus. Nanjing Automotive Corporation, the Chinese company that bought the assets of the bankrupt MG Rover in 2005, has lifted the lid on its plans. Assembly of up to 15,000 TFs annually will begin in the first half of next year, at the mothballed West Midlands plant.

College Exhibition: Pforzheim University Summer Degree Show 2004

Transportation Design students at Germany's Pforzheim University displayed their work in the school's summer Transportation Design degree show in July, one of the two graduation shows per year. The Pforzheim Transportation Design courses lead to BA and MA degrees. The exhibition included work from graduating Diploma and Masters students, exterior and interior projects by the 5th and 7th semester students, as well as work from students in the earlier stages of the diploma and masters courses.
