Payments must be made within 5 days. Failure to do this will result in an unpaid item case with eBay. If you do purchase an item by mistake please contact us immediately. We accept PayPal only in our eBay store.  (This insures a safe secure transaction for both the buyer and seller.) Combined shipping

If you would like combined shipping please hit the “buy it now” button on all the items you would like to purchase. Then wait to pay until I have sent you a combined shipping invoice. If you do not wait for this invoice and pay for the items then they will be shipped separately and no combined shipping discounts will be given. This may take 24-48hrs depending on when you purchase the items. M-F after 5pm (Eastern Standard Time) combined shipping is taken care of the following morning. Saturday-Sunday combined shipping is taken care of the following Monday morning.

Returns

Item may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days after item is received, for a 20% restock fee.

If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, customer may choose another item or be refunded.

Item must be in original condition & packaging with all tags attached.

Any items that are open (if the item is in a bag), used, worn, contain smoke odor, pet hair or anything not in the original condition will NOT be accepted.

All baseball style hats must be returned in original condition. No envelopes or flat boxes. No crushed hats will be accepted. Also please package all items with care. If the item is received broken or damaged, due to lack of packing, no refund will be given.

We do NOT pay for shipping on exchanged items to us & back to you. You will need to pay for shipping both ways for an exchange.

We strongly recommend using a traceable means of shipment for your returned items as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

All unaccepted returns can be shipped back at the customers’ expense or they will be abandoned with no refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

International shipping

International buyers if your package is returned to us because it was undeliverable, only the purchase price of the item(s) will be refunded. The cost of shipping will not be refunded to you. Taxes, duties, brokerage fees, import fees, and customs fees on items shipped internationally are the responsibility of the buyer; they are not included in the sale price.

First class mail can take anywhere from 3-8 weeks. Priority mail can take anywhere from 8-12 business days. At times things will get stuck in customs. It can be in customs 1 day or weeks. I have no control over this and if it does get stuck in customs there will be a delay. Please keep in mind high volume times such as Christmas will also cause a delay in getting through customs.
