In addition to providing a more responsive and firm brake pedal by eliminating the “spongy” feel that often accompanies stock rubber brake lines, G-Stop High Performance Brakelines are abrasion and corrosion resistant to stay good looking for a long time to come. Goodridge G-Stop High Performance Brakeline Kits are direct bolt-on replacements for all of the rubber brake lines in the vehicle’s brake system. (Three to six brake lines are included in each kit depending on the vehicle’s original design). To ensure proper fit and easy installation, hose ends and brake line brackets that match the vehicle’s original equipment style are used for each application. By conforming to all requirements of the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard Number 106, Goodridge G-Stop High Performance Brakelines are U.S. Department of Transportation certified and T.U.V. approved. All Goodridge G-Stop High Performance Brakelines go through a 9-point Quality Assurance testing process that includes measuring tensile strength and the ability to contain line pressure to 3,000 pounds per square inch. SsangYong makes a pitch to grab UK Chevrolet dealers
Tue, 10 Dec 2013The new SsangYong Korando (pictured) could be heading for Chevrolet showrooms GM’s decision to drop the Chevrolet brand from the UK and Europe in 2015 to focus on Opel and Vauxhall brands could leave standalone Chevrolet dealers with a problem. But Korean car maker SsangYong – now owned by India’s Mahindra – are jumping in quickly to propose an alternative for disenfranchised Chevrolet dealers in the UK looking for another brand to fill their showrooms and service bays. SsangYong say they have openings for new dealerships in England, Scotland and Wales and are looking for dealers principles with Chevrolet franchises to get in touch to see if a deal can be done.
Alpina to debut B6 GT3 race car at Geneva motor show
Fri, 06 Feb 2009Alpina has been tinkering with BMW vehicles for close to 50 years and has a rich motorsports history that includes campaigns in European touring car, hill climbing, rally and endurance racing that it stepped away from 20 years ago. Now the racing bug has returned to Alpina with the announcement of its entry into the FIA GT3 European championship series. The BMW 6-series based B6 GT3 will have its first public showing at the Geneva motor show in March.
