2011 GP10 Shifter Kart.  Setup for road racing in the Stock Honda class.  100% race ready and legal (safety wired, etc.).  VEN05 brakes.  Kart is in excellent mechanical condition with no known issues.  Put fuel in it, take it to the track and race it!  Comes with Mychron data system.  Originally raced as an Aluminos team kart.  I have been road racing it with the WKA/WKC.  It's never let me down!  Fast, reliable kart.  Top end only has a race or two on it.  Brand new fuel pump and carburetor (Stock Honda Spec Keihin PWM).  Please let me know if you have any questions.  This is a good deal on a RACE READY kart.  You can find shifters a little cheaper but then find that you have to spend a lot of money and time making them legal to race.

This is a RACE kart.  It is not a toy.  It is setup for organized racing on a track.  Its top speed is around 120 MPH.  Not a toy for a kid!

I can crate it for truck shipping but you pay all shipping charges and materials to build the crate if needed.  I can deliver within 200 miles of Roanoke, VA for a fee.  I can also help arrange truck freight shipping if you further away.

Bentley at the Geneva Motor Show – it’s not just cars

Mon, 22 Feb 2010

The Bentley Breitling Watch - on sale at the Bentley Boutique at the Geneva Motor Show It looks like Bentley are taking the whole ‘Merchandise’ thing as seriously as Ferrari do. Perhaps they decided last year – when Bentley were selling next to no cars – that shoving the Bentley logo on a range of upmarket toys was a way to bring in some much needed revenue. It was even reported at the nadir of Bentley sales that they had their craftsmen – who had nothing to do – churning out some bespoke furniture.

Toyota begins testing wireless recharging for electric cars

Thu, 13 Feb 2014

Toyota has announced that it will begin actual verification testing of its new wireless battery charging system for electric vehicles, one which charges the battery of a plug-in hybrid or a pure-electric car by having the car park over it. Toyota's charging system uses magnetic-resonance technology, which operates by transmitting electricity by using the magnetic resonance resulting from changes in magnentic field intensity between a coil positioned under the car, and a receiving coil built into the underside of the vehicle. This system eliminates the need for physically plugging in an electric car or a hybrid to an actual plug, and also has the potential to solve the problem of multiple types of actual plugs.
