GLONASS Marine boat GPS antenna

Will improve precision for GPS and AIS devices

27 dB low noise 5v DC amp patch antenna

Includes 32 feet cable, TNT male connectors, mount, and SS hardware

Hand Made in Italy

NAV6 is a GLONASS (global navigation satellite system) antenna and will satisfy requirements for GPS function on chart plotters and AIS systems. NAV6 will boost GPS signal acquisition for chart plotters that already have internal GPS antennas especially if they are in dash mounted or do not have a clear view of the sky. Many internal antennas are weak and limit the full potential of GPS devices. Acquisition and lock on more satellites in the sky improves position calculations for your devices and minimizes temporary loss of signal issues. The antenna is UV stabilized and will stay bright white for years in the marine outdoor environment. This product comes supplied with a mount and all marine grade stainless steel hardware required but will also fit any marine mount. 32 feet of high quality cable already attached to male TNT connectors is included as well. Scout is a second generation company that has been making the best marine antennas  since 1982 in Modena, Italy not far from where Ferrari, Maserati, and Lamborghini’s are built. Miami Boat Gear is the official US distributor with a warehouse in Miami. Expect to receive your product quickly.

Ferrari put LaFerrari online & live LaFerrari pictures from Geneva 2013

Fri, 08 Mar 2013

Ferrari has put a new website up dedicated to LaFerrari with details and specifications and we have new live photos of LaFerrari from Geneva. We’ve already looked at the McLaren P1 from Geneva (it seemed only fair as LaFerrari grabbed the opening headlines at its first reveal), so, as requested by many, we’ve now got a Geneva live look at Ferrari’s new F150/F70/new Enzo – LaFerrari. The first photos we had of LaFerrari were Ferrari’s usual studio shots which told us it was glorious, but glorious on Ferrari’s terms.

General Motors fires back at Volkswagen

Thu, 14 Jul 2011

General Motors issued a terse response this week to published comments by Volkswagen CEO Martin Winterkorn, who suggested to the German press that Opel could be sold to a Chinese competitor. Detroit-based GM called Winterkorn's comments “regrettable” and accused him of “fanning speculation.” Opel was nearly sold to Magna and Russian investors in the wake of GM's 2009 bankruptcy. But then-CEO Ed Whitacre and the corporate board reversed that decision, igniting controversy from German political and labor leaders who have long chafed under American oversight.

Lamborghini 5-95 Zagato is a one-off special at Villa d’Este (video)

Mon, 26 May 2014

The Lamborghini 5-95 Zagato (pictured) meets the crowds at Villa d’Este Zagato creations of Lamborghini cars are nothing new and have been around as long as Lamborghini has – fifty years or so – so the Lamborghini 5-95 Zagato isn’t a ground-breaking collaboration, even if it’s an interesting creation, and it’s nice to add it to the 1965 Lamborghini 3500 GTZ and Lamborghini Zagato Raptor as Zagato takes on a Lambo. The one-off 5-95 Zagato is based on the underpinnings of the (now defunct) Lamborghini LP570-4 and commissioned by collector Albert Spiess to showcase Zagato’s ability and to celebrate the 95th anniversary of Lamborghini. Spiess already owns a number of Zagato models – including the Aston Martin V8 Zagato and Aston Martin V12 Zagato – but Zagato has gone a bit6 further with the design of the 5-95 and created a car that looks little like the LP570-4 using the principles of functionalism and rationalism, apparently.
