Up for sale is a brand new connector set for the Haltech Elite 1500 and Elite 2500 ECU's.

The set includes the 34 Pin and 26 Pin Connectors and 65 terminals (I include the 5 extra for spares).

These are genuine AMP/TYCO parts, not crappy knockoffs that are supposedly "interchangeable".

You can return the item in its original condition within 14 days for exchange or refund. Please note that shipping & handling is not refundable and you're responsible for return shipping cost.

I only list items for sale that I have IN STOCK and ready to ship. I NEVER list items for sale that I don't have physically on hand. The number of ebay sellers that list everything but the kitchen sink and then forward your order to a 3rd party fulfillment house and hope that they have it in stock is unbelievable. Please check my feedback and see that I deliver exactly what I list, quickly and accurately.

I sell only genuine OEM parts. No cheap knock offs. Genuine AMP, Tyco, Sumitomo, NGK, Furukawa components, the same parts that OEM's like Toyota, Ford, Suzuki, Yamaha, Denso and others selected especially for their quality. That's the same reasons that aftermarket companies like Motec, Haltech, ViPec, Link, FAST, Autronic and more have followed suit.

Look at some of my competitors here on ebay. They say they are genuine parts, but do they look exactly the same as yours? No, they don't. They are either the wrong color, meaning they are a different (cheaper) material or have missing terminal locks meaning the terminal has a single lock, not the OEM double lock system. They are not real OEM.

If there is ANYTHING wrong with your order I will make it right. PERIOD!

Thank you for you business!

Rolls Royce 102EX: Electric Phantom revealed

Tue, 01 Mar 2011

Electric Rolls Royce Phantom Rolls Royce has taken the wraps of its experimental electric Phantom at  Geneva – Rolls Royce 102EX –  and they certainly haven’t done things by halves. Rolls Royce engineers have taken the regular engine out of the Phantom and replaced it with a pair of electric motors rated at 145 kWh and possibly the biggest lithium-ion battery bank on four wheels. The Phantom EV uses five lithium-cobalt-manganese-oxide (or NCM) pouch cells which form the shape of the engine and live under the bonnet.

Four 2009 full-sized pickups got low marks in side-impact crash tests by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, a research group for auto insurers. Crash protection is "poor" in crew-cab versions of the Chevrolet Silverado and Nissan Titan without side-impact airbags, according to test results the institute released on Wednesday. The Dodge Ram with standard side-impact airbags got only a "marginal" rating, the institute said.

Land Rover Defender (2011) goes EV for safari concept

Mon, 09 May 2011

The Land Rover Defender is one of the less-likely candidates to be gaining an EV drivetrain. But here it is: the Land Rover Electric Defender Game Viewer Concept, built for zero-emissions silent transport of tourists around Africa's wildlife parks. Land Rover Defender EV: the lowdown Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) South Africa worked with local specialists Barker Performance Products and UK-based lithium-ion battery supplier Axeon to create the Electric Game Viewer concept.
