Chinese dragons traditionally symbolize potent and auspicious powers, particularly control over water, rainfall, hurricane, and floods. The dragon is also a symbol of protection, power, strength, and good luck.

These are waterside decals that can be cleared over and be permanent. They will hold up under light washing, rain, ect... as they themself are lacquer coated, but to be permanent they need a light 3 or 4 coats of clear lacquer after they are installed on the forks. This can be done very easily without removing the forks from the bike.

These water slide decals are on clear paper and will only work on light colors like alum,white ect

Waterslide Decal instructions.

1. Cut each decal out as close to the image as you can keeping a close uniform cut around the decal.(sometimes I do this for you : )

2. make sure the install area (forks) are clean with all wax and grease removed.

3. start with a practice decal (included) this will help you get it perfect.

4. soak the decal in shallow Luke warm water (in something like a tupper where) for 30-60 seconds.

5. the decal is ready to be slid onto the fork when it slides off the white backing paper with your fingers.

6. keep the decal on the wet paper as it is very thin while holding the wet decal on the fork carefully slide it into place and gently position it using a wet sponge or wet paper towel.

7. don't over work this.. try to do the transferring and sliding all in one careful movement. once in place Don't mess with it !

8. use a wet paper towel to easily wipe off wrinkles and remove any air bubbles ect.

9.let set up for at least 2 hours in the sun. or until completely dry before riding or clearing over.

10. when washing your bike gentle soap and water is no problem but the power washer will vaporize the decals if they are not cleared over.

if you are going to clear over the decals dont forget to mask off all the surrounding area on your forks wheel, fender , Everything but the fork faces and decals.. dont forget to cover your bike from overspray.

Use clear lacquer or acrylic do not use enamels.

the decals need 5 to 8 LIGHT coats to seal the edges and be permanent letting each coat completely dry before adding another coat. Wetsanding & buffing after 8-10 coats is also possible for a permenent flawless show finish.

The Limited Edition BMW M6 Competition will be at Frankfurt (click image for bigger photo) It doesn’t look like the M6 Competition gets much fiddling with the oily bits, although the suspension is being tweaked and lowered – 10mm at the front and 12mm at the back. The M6 Competition sees a new colour option – Frozen Grey Matt – which does look pretty special on the M6. The interior gets a ‘limited edition’ makeover, with buyers getting the choice between Merino full leather interior with either black or light grey two-tone contrast stitching. BMW are also throwing in a set of mats with ‘M6 Competition’ stitched in them in case you forget what you bought.
