IN MY NEW SET OF INSTRUCTIONS, I ALSO ILLUSTRATE HOW TO MOUNT THE SPACERS SO EVEN IF YOUR LATCH EVER COMES LOOSE AND FALLS OFF ON THE ROAD, YOU WON'T LOSE YOU NEW ALUMINUM SPACER.

THESE LATCHES WILL FIT ALL BIKES FROM 1980's TO 2012. THESE LATCHES WILL ALSO REPLACE THE OLDER STYLE PRESTO LATCH WHEN REPLACING BOTH HASP AND LATCH WHICH ARE INCLUDED IN THIS AUCTION. THE OLDER STYLE PRESTO LATCH LOOKS SIMILAR, BUT PART OF THE UPPER HASP SHOWS THROUGH THE LATCH FACE WHEN CLOSED. IF YOUR LATCH DID NOT HAVE A RIVETED HASP PLEASE CONTACT ME PRIOR TO ORDERING. I WILL BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR NEEDS PERFECTLY UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE MY SCREW ON HASP. 

IF YOU ARE REPLACING THE OLDER PRESTO LATCH OR A HASP THAT WAS NOT RIVETED ON, CONTACT ME BEFORE ORDERING WITH THAT INFORMATION.

THE LOWER LATCH PARTS THAT ATTACH TO THE BOTTOM OF THE TOUR PACK, WHEN RECEIVED NEW FROM HARLEY,  HAVE HOLES REQUIRING THE USE OF THE ORIGINAL SELF TAPPING SCREWS ONLY .  I HAVE THREADED THE SCREW HOLES, MAKING INSTALLING  THEM A BREEZE. DO NOT USE SELF TAPPING SCREWS. THEY ARE THE MAIN CAUSE OF THE FAILURE OF THE MOUNT!

NOTE: THESE ARE BRAND NEW OEM HARLEY DAVIDSON LATCHES AND SPACERS.

Also included in this listing are (two) 2 lid hasps that have been adapted for use with screws.

The hasp is the part that is originally riveted to the lid.

I adapted the hasp to be secured via screws or rivets.  

The screws for the hasp are included in this listing permitting the replacement  of  the hasps without using rivets.

Rivets may still be used, but are not included with this listing.

PLEASE NOTE: At this time international shipping is being handled by EBay's Global shipping which cost is most likely prohibitive.
