FITMENT/GENERAL

Please check with your local Harley Dealer or independent specialist for proper fitment to your application prior to bidding on this item as this item is not returnable. Descriptions are the best I can describe  at the time the pictures were taken for this listing.  Unless stated, this part is used not new.   Many times we relist some of the same parts due to our excess  inventory on that part. The pics on these parts may not always represent the actual listing if it is a like new take off part but the description does.  I indicate no returns but with serious  issues we will refund or take parts back if it is our fault.  Please take the time to view all the items we have listed. If you have a special need and don’t see the item in our listings contact us as I have many more parts not currently listed and that inventory changes daily. We list our parts at a fraction of the new price from the dealer. Most of our parts are used or new take off items and we will list them that way. 

SHIPPING:

The shipping charge listed is for shipping to the lower 48 states. The shipping charges we list are very close to the actual cost of shipping an item. It is not our intention to make a profit on shipping charges. On many of the items we ship we lose money. PayPal and eBay now take a fee and make a profit on all shipping costs which has forced the cost upwards. The USPS rates also went up again in June of 2014 impacting the cost of shipping as well.  Our goal is to try and get a quality part to you as fast as possible for the least amount of money. 
We ship via USPS 1^st Class Mail on small items under 13 ounces, Priority Mail and FedEx on all other items.  On all shipments outside the lower 48 states and international shipments we ship items to the eBay Global shipping center in Kentucky. They set the rates and charges for all shipments made out of this location. 

PAYMENT AND OTHER:

Payment is due within 48 hours of the close of the sale. If you have a problem with making payment within that period of time please contact us and let us know we are very easy to work with and value our customers and their orders.  Your prompt payment is appreciated and expected and feedback will be left  accordingly. 
We will do our very best to ship the item you purchased on the next business day following the close of sale if your cleared payment has been received in time. For example items paid for on Sunday evening after the close of an auction are generally shipped out Monday. Items not paid for until the end of the week may not be shipped until the following Monday due to our pickup and drop off schedule.
