There is a scratch on the lower left side and lite scratches scattered all over, see photos. The lens measures 23 1/4" high by 21 1/2" wide. The head lamp opening is 6" high by 9" wide. This has some scratches but the main area can still be seen through. No hardware. Fair condition.
