These were removed from my wife's '02 Sportster 883R that she totaled last week. The dealer that did the estimate on the said that he could not find any damage to them except the small tear on the top of the pad shown in the pics. The parts are black wrinkle finished. Please look at the pics closely. I tryed to show the areas that most rust on them. They should clean/touch up rather easily. The part #'s are;52426-99 low upright sissy bar-$45.95 new, 53609-01 black wrinkle detachable side plates-$109.95 new, 53852-00 black 2-up sport luggage rack$89.95 new & pad-$49.95 new. You will need to get the dockin hardware from Harley which is around $25 & new nuts & bolts to assemble as I stripped the old ones when I removed them. This complete set up would cost you $295.80 back in 02 so I'm sure it's a lot more now

BRITISH cars are the best of the best, according to a huge new car popularity survey that has thrown up some shocks. British cars took five of the top six places in the study from Best of the Best, the in-airport and online competition operator that gives away cars as prizes. And among the amazing turn-ups that emerged from the 55,000-person study focusing on desirability, no Ferrari even made the top 20.
