British Honda engineers get green light from Japan

The British car development base supports Honda’s main European development centre in Frankfurt but has been taking on increasing responsibility in recent years. The overall result meant London taxis were considered the world's best ahead of second-placed New York, with Tokyo third and Berlin fourth.
