It seems the Range Rover Evoque Convertible is going in to production after all
Thu, 18 Jul 2013It seems the Range Rover Evoque Convertible (pictured) is actually going in to production We weren’t very complimentary about the Range Rover Evoque Convertible when it was revealed in concept form at the Geneva Motor Show last year. And we were relieved when we heard just a few months ago that Land Rover weren’t going to push ahead with production of the Evoque Convertible after all. Qoros GQ3: Chinese rival for the Ford Focus revealed
Sun, 23 Dec 2012The first of a new range of cars from the Chinese Qoros brand – the Qoros GQ3 – has been revealed ahead of a debut at Geneva 2013. Three months ahead of that reveal Qoros has jumped in with a reveal of their first offering and some details about what it has on offer. Unsurprisingly, the reality is somewhat less exciting to look at than the dynamic-looking teaser image we saw last month. Planned to go on sale in both China and Europe during 2013 the Qoros GQ3 is aimed at young buyers, although why any car company would build a C-Segment saloon and expect young buyers to lap it up in Europe is beyond us.

And the US manufacturer has bold ambitions for the Venom F5 - it claims 290mph could be on the cards. While we’re of the view that the race to the top is largely academic (anything over 200mph is as good as impossible, even on derestricted autobahns), it’s still an eye-grabbing headline.
