Description

This is for 1, 62 Plate Massive HHO Dry Cell, ready to connect to your hardware and plumbing. This is a serious HHO Dry Cell where larger production is required up to 800ci engine displacement.

This is a brand new, never used 62 Plate HHO Dry Cell.  This cell has dual water ins and dual HHO outs. The Cell is sectioned off into two halves with a baffle in between for production balance and strength. Each half contains 31 3"X6" plates, 3 series of Positive/Negative each, using the standard 5N ratio for 12-14 volt applications. This massive cell has a surface area of 2,232 square inches and is purpose built to produce.

Each Series of this cell is capable of producing 2-3 Liter Per Minute of HHO, for total production of up to 12+ LPM for shorter durations. For normal continual operation without operating the cell to absolute maximum capability, you can expect up to 8-10+ Liters Per Minute at 12-14 Volts DC / 80 amps to 180 current using a PWM W/20% to 28% KOH.

The cell can operate below 80 amps, no problem.  For normal operating conditions though, anywhere from 80 to 180 amps is optimal.

Expected production with normal variables and tuned:

  • 80 Amps W/PWM: 6.5 LPM

  • 100 Amps W/PWM: 7.5 LPM

  • 120 Amps W/PWM: 9.0 LPM

  • 140 Amps W/PWM: 10.0 LPM

This production may vary a bit, mainly from variables involved, from pumps, frequency of pwm, ambient temperatures, etc. If you are experienced, you can tweak performance to average anywhere from 10-25% more production quite easily.

This Cell comes assembled and never used. All plates and components of this cell has been cleansed and assembled.  This HHO Dry Cell, is a larger cell, not meant for automobiles with tight engine spaces. It can be mounted in the trunk of such vehicles, but this cell is engineered for larger engine displacement vehicles such as Trucks, Semi's, RV's, Boats, and for both Gasoline and Diesel.

Example uses for the GA62:

  • Large Trucks
  • RV's
  • Tractor Trailers
  • Straight Trucks
  • Boats 20'-30' Hull Length
  • Metal Cutting Torch (1/4" Steel, not soda cans)

*** The GA62 Can be reconfigured for operating with 120 AC, using a bridge rectifier.

Need a PWM without paying insane prices?

Feel free to send me a message and I will gladly pass along links to where I purchase mine. I do not sell PWM's, I do have great sources for hardware and accessories.

Dimensions
Length: 11" / 12.5" Including Fittings
Height: 7" / 8" Including Power Terminals
Width: 4.5"
Surface Area: 2,232" Sq

Hose Fittings: 3/8" NPT - 1/2" Barbed Fittings For 3/8" Hose (1/4" Barbed in Photo

Optimal Performance: 12-14 Volts DC (Automotive), 80-180 Amps using a PWM.
You may safely use this Dry Cell up to 180 amps @ 12-14v DC of current.
MMW: 5.5 to 7.5 MMW avg depending on the listed variables and your experience.

Efficiency Less current loss while better utilizing current balance through the cell and flow displacement within the cell. This allows for more production for each amperage consumed by the dry cell.

Cautions: Hydrogen is highly explosive. Use extra care during cell operation. Keep away from open flame. Do not touch or be near the hydrogen cell when in operation.

Audi A1 quattro prototype

Wed, 12 Jan 2011

The Audi A1 quattro snow testing in Canada It did seem a strange omission by Audi not to have a quattro drivetrain for the ‘Only Premium Brand in its Sector’ Audi A1. And it was that lack of a quattro system for the A1 which apparently stopped the car that ended up being the Audi A1 1.4 TFSI from being launched as the Audi S1 at Paris last year. All of which has no doubt spurred Audi on to see development of a quattro platform for the A1.
