Submersible marine BILGE PUMP, with matching SWITCH. can be used for almost any marine bilge pump or water pumping application. May be used to replace 500 750 1000 1100 1600 3700 4000gph, or any other 12v bilge pump. This pump may be used as a 12v powered, emergency, stand-by Sump Pump. Strainer is removable for easy cleaning. Fuel protection. Stainless steel shaft; rust and corrosion protected. Dimensions: 4 3/4" diameter by 7 3/4" high. Current draw: 16 Amps maximum @ 12v dc. Flow ratings: no lift, 4700 gph; 3.3 foot lift, 4100 gph; 6.7 foot lift, 3500 gph. Use with 2" I.D. hose and clamp. The switch is rated for up to 20 amps and up to 32 volts, battery direct current only . The switch operating levels are; pump turn on at 2" (50mm), pump turn off at 3/4" (20mm). It has moved up a size to reflect its prestige aspirations: at 4,697 mm long and 1,840 mm wide, it's longer than an Audi A5. Like many of the latest generation of convertibles, the Cascada ditches a folding solid hardtop in favor of a lighter, more space-efficient and cheaper soft fabric set-up.
Mercedes-Benz has big plans for small cars
Mon, 31 Jan 2011Breaking outside its American position of rear-wheel-drive luxury vehicles, Mercedes-Benz will launch its new front-wheel-drive architecture in the United States in the next three years in the form of a coupe, SUV and possibly a small wagon or compact hatchback. Joachim Schmidt, Mercedes' global sales and marketing boss, said Mercedes is developing at least four models based on its MFA, or Mercedes Front-wheel-drive Architecture. "We will introduce the next generation of our MFA family to the U.S.," Schmidt said in an interview.
