- Domestic Lost Package:

Most of these cases the carrier will deliver the package later on, but unfortunately the delay will occur. In this situation we will send you second package under two circumstances:
1) It has been 20 days after carrier acceptance of your package. We will send you second package without any cost from you. But you need to reject one of these two packages. If not we will report you to eBay and block your ID from our store.
2) It has been less than 20 days after carrier's acceptance of your package, but you cannot wait more and need the item at once. We will send second package with your payment first, and we will fully refund your second time payment when we receive one of the two packages rejected by you or if the lost package shows undelivery tracking for 30 days.
