HMF EFI CONTROLLER REQUIRED Performance Series
- The Performance Series uses a 2 1/8" non-restrictive core for maximum flow.
- Depending on the model, you can expect a 4-6 dB increase over stock.
- The exhaust shell is made of T6061 Aluminum that weighs substantially less than stock.
- USFS Approved: All HMF offroad exhausts come with a USFS approved spark arrester.
- Two Year Warranty: HMF Engineering Inc. warranties all exhaust systems for two years from the date of purchase for all manufacturing defects.
The HMF Optimizer is pre-loaded with baseline settings for your Yamaha Grizzly 700 2014-2015 using a HMF exhaust. Plug it in and ride.
The HMF Optimizer is a piggy-back EFI controller because it does not replace the stock ECU, but rather monitors the signals to the injectors and makes fuel adjustments based on the mode settingsthat have been pre-loaded at HMF. The HMF Optimizer has a push button interface allowing access up to 3 different modes to allow for quick fine tuning by the end user without the need of a computer.

THE TOUR DE FRANCE, which starts in Yorkshire for the 2014 race, has helped increase cycle safety awareness by 90%. Cyclists report car drivers are being more patient and giving them more space on the road in the build-up to the biggest cycling race in the world. A survey by ColinAppleyard.com found 90% of drivers say they are more of cyclist because of Le Tour, while 73% of drivers said they are now more careful around cyclists.The arrival of the Tour de France has also made 10% of drivers consider buying a bike.

Peugeot has unveiled a new hybrid-powered 908 HDi FAP racer at the final round of this season’s Le Mans Series. Shown off at Silverstone this weekend the hybrid 908 features a similar kinetic energy recovery setup to next year’s Formula 1 system. The 908’s ‘HY’ undertook a number of demonstration laps in front of the packed grandstands and showed how Peugeot’s passenger car technology is filtering through to its motorsport activities.
