Hobie 18 White Rudder Used Hard White Plastic (Lexan). May also have a few minor dings on the edges and some discoloration but is in usable condition. Currently drilled for a Hobie 17/18. Looks like it was previously drilled for a Hobie 14/16 and the previous owner had filled those holes. I imagine you could just drill out the old 14/16 holes if you wanted to use it on a 14/16. Could also easily be drilled and fitted to a Hobie 14/16/20/21 getaway or wave. Measures 34" long by 9-5/8" wide by 7/8" thick at mounting holes. Weighs approximately 7 lbs. We have tons and tons of used Beach Cat parts. Everything from hulls to sails and all the little stuff thats hard to find. If you are needing something for you Hobie, Nacra, Prindle or Solcat and don't see it on auction, send me an email and I will be glad to list it for you if we have it. Please remember all our Cat parts are used and expect them to show signs of use. Most could stand to be cleaned or polished. If we see any noticable defects, we make every effort to point them out. Audi Urban Future Awards
Mon, 14 Jun 2010Audi has challenged six international architects to present their vision for a future urban landscape that will explore the interplay between mobility, architecture and the city. The winner of the Audi Urban Future Awards will receive a €100,000 prize to be presented at the Venice Biennale in August. Phase one has been completed, with the contestants presenting their hypothesis for the city of the future at the Royal Institute of British Architects in London in May.

Tue, 12 Jun 2007Frank Stephenson began his new position as Director of Design at Alfa Romeo today, CDN can reveal. Stephenson left his role as Head of the Fiat, Lancia and Commercial Vehicle Styling Center last month and is now effectively filling a role that has been unoccupied since Wolfgang Egger left to become head of Audi's Style Center. Since Lorenzo Ramaciotti has been recently appointed to a newly created position as Cheif of Design at Fiat, Stephenson's previous position is now vacant.
Saab China – Deal Dead
Mon, 24 Oct 2011Saab has terminated the deal with Youngman and Pang Da Did we expect anything different? Saab has announced that the deal for Chinese companies Youngman and Pang Da to take a €245 million stake in Saab has been terminated. Saab say that they have terminated the agreement because Pang Da and Youngman have failed to confirm their commitment to the Subscription Agreement on the agreed terms, and the money the Chinese (according to Saab) were to pay by this weekend has not been received.
