(Use with Notched float) 108-83-2/ 122-5000 Jet extension screws into the metering block. The main metering jet then threads into the end of the extension. The installation effectively moves the fuel entry point for the main jet out into the fuel bowl. In this location it cannot be uncovered by fuel, causing a lean condition, during periods of hard acceleration or braking. I have been rebuilding carburetors for 29 years. I worked for a national rebuilder for 22 years. I got tired of my pay check relying on quanity and not quality. The Mrs. & I took a chance moved Arkansas and worked hard to open our own shop. I can now concentrate on the quality of the carburetors I build. I truly enjoy what I do and take great pride in the product I build. Euro NCAP crash tests: hybrids score full marks

Dr Michiel van Ratingen, Euro NCAP’s secretary general said: ‘The technology andknow-how is out there for car makers to deliver vehicles with better pedestrianprotection. Honda and Toyota are giving us a glimpse of the cars of the future thatconsider the natural and social environment in its entirety.’ A Toyota official said hybrids posed new problems for its engineers.
