Engine stand will fit any of the 50, 70, 90, 110cc Honda single cylinder 1965-1999 OHC engines. NOTE: If the stand does not have oblong mounting holes it will NOT fit all the small, single cylinder Honda engines, so be careful when purchasing a so-called 'universal' Honda stand. OUR STAND FITS ALL THREE DIFFERENT MOUNTS USED BY HONDA. Stand bolts to base of engine using the four footpeg mounting holes. Also fits most of the small aftermarket engines that have a similar footpeg mount. Rotates 360 degrees and locks down in any position, makes working on both sides of the engine a snap! Clean, clutter-free design gives total access to engine. Constructed of sch. 40/80 thickwall steel pipe and heavy plate steel. Ford Model A New York-to-LA record attempt ends in breakdown
Wed, 16 Oct 2013The New York-to-LA 60-hour record attempt in a 1930 Ford Model A came to an end just outside of Amarillo, Tex., on Tuesday afternoon. After having covered more than 1,700 miles with little incident, aside from an overheating issue in Zanesville, Ohio, that ate up several hours, the car driven by Australians Rod Wade and Michael Flanders suffered a broken crankshaft. The duo planned to set a new record for a pre-war car by driving in their 1930 Ford Model A, nicknamed "Tudor Rose," across the U.S.
New 2015 Honda NSX – Made in America
Tue, 14 May 2013The new Centre – costing $70 million, stretching to 184,000 square feet and housed inside Honda’s old logistics facility – will employ 100 of Honda’s most skilled workers in Ohio to bolt the new NSX together, and even the engine will be assembled at Honda’s engine plant in Anna, Ohio. Not only has Honda revealed where the US-designed NSX will be built, but they’ve appointed their R&D chief engineer, Ted Klaus, to lead the team developing the new NSX and Clement D’ Souza, associate chief engineer at Honda USA, to head up production. Ted Klaus said: This new plant will be as unique as the vehicle we will build here.
