LATELY, I HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH FEEDBACK ON SHIPPING TIME AND SHIPPING CHARGES. I HATE SPENDING ADD SPACE ON DISCLAIMERS, BUT IT HAS BECOME SERIOUS. I ALMOST ALWAYS SHIP THE DAY AFTER A ITEM IS PAID FOR AND NEVER MORE THAN 3 AS MY AUCTIONS STATES. IF YOU CHOOSE PARCEL IT TAKES 2 TO 9 DAYS ON AVERAGE BUT NO GUARANTEES ASK THE POST OFFICE!!! I TRY TO SHIP FED EX IF FASTER, BUT THEY ALSO CHARGE A WEEKLY FEE, AS WELL AS SHIPPING CHARGES. I ALWAYS HAVE A SHIPPING CALCULATOR SO YOU CAN DECIDE IF YOU FEEL THE SHIPPING CHARGE IS OKAY WITH YOU. AS FAR AS SHIPPING CHARGES I LET THE POSTAGE CALCULATOR IN THE AUCTION DETERMINE THE AMOUNT, PLUS A 2 TO 5 DOLLAR HANDLING CHARGE TO COVER MATERIALS, LARGE BOXES COST MONEY AND GOOD TAPE IS ALMOST 5.00 PER ROLL, GO TO COSCO. WHY AM I GOING ON AND ON ABOUT THIS? EBAY HAS NOT EDUCATED IT'S BUYERS ABOUT THE STAR SYSTEM, DO YOU REALIZE A 4 IS A NEGATIVE SCORE?IF YOU AVERAGE A 4.1 YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM SELLING!!! NOBODY INCLUDING MYSELF LIKES TO PAY FOR SHIPPING BUT IT IS A HARD COST. THE BOTTOM LINE IS IF YOU CANNOT COMFORTABLY GIVE MY SALE A 5 IN SHIPPING TIME AND COST, IF I DELIVER AS STATED IN MY AUCTION THEN PLEASE DON'T BID THEM. THANK YOU TO ALL THE BUYERS THAT HAVE GIVEN ME GREAT FEEDBACK LINDA 2MANYVINTAGEBIKES HONDA CX500 OEM seat nice, has damage to chrome strip as shown in photos Most items ship USPS,or FED EX Thanks for looking Please ask questions before bidding, no returns |

Concept Car of the Week: Citroën Zabrus (1986)
Fri, 15 Feb 2013Designed by Marcello Gandini for Bertone, the quirky BX proved to be a big success for Citroën. Eager to improve its brand image and to boost its already healthy sales figures, the brand put the popular BX on steroids and entered the World Rally Championship. Unfortunately the beefed-up BX 4TC didn't shine on the rally stage and despite a powerful engine, the road-going version didn't sell well either.
Mazda 3, Mazda 6 get customized for the SEMA Show
Tue, 05 Nov 2013We like the look of Mazda's current lineup, from the basic 2 to the sleek 6. Kodo design language has a lot to do with it -- Mazda North American Operations design director Derek Jenkins says that, thanks that Kodo styling, "the Zoom-Zoom genetic code is further being embraced, not buried, through increasingly expressive vehicle design." (Ugh.-ED) We didn't know genetics had anything to do with it, but hey -- tough to argue with the results. Perhaps Kodo's effectiveness is why Mazda's SEMA show concepts are fairly...restrained compared to what other automakers are bringing to Las Vegas.
Hyundai i30
Thu, 11 Aug 2011Hyundai has released the first rendering of the next generation i30 set to be officially revealed at the Frankfurt motor show next month. Designed in the Korean automaker's European Design Center in Rüsselsheim, Germany, under the direction of Chief Designer Thomas Buerkle, the new C-segment hatchback is an evolution of Hyundai's ‘fluidic sculpture' design language, initiated on the HED-6 ix-onic concept shown at the 2009 Geneva motor show. "When designing the new i30, we used strong, fluid lines to sculpt a car which looks athletic while exuding a sense of constant motion," said Buerkle.
